Telecaller

Overview

Help Tree Management Services is seeking dedicated Telecallers to join their team, working on behalf of IndiaMART. This position is suitable for both male and female candidates who have at least six months of telecalling experience. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to provide product and service information, handle inquiries, and maintain follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate phone calls to prospective customers and clients.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads to drive engagement.
• Provide detailed information regarding products and services.
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of interested customers for further follow-up.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Mandatory minimum of six months’ experience in telecalling.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic ability to communicate and persuade effectively.
• Responsibility and focus on achieving targets are highly desirable.
• Open to applications from male and female candidates alike.

Working Details

• Salary range is ₹14,000 to ₹16,000 per month.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
