Telecaller

Overview

Govinda Medicenter is looking for a committed and communicative Telecaller to become a part of their team. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing patient communication over the phone, facilitating appointment scheduling, surgery coordination, and supporting patients post-surgery to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Duties

• Efficiently arrange and oversee patient appointments, managing timely scheduling and necessary follow-ups.
• Liaise between patients and medical staff to finalize and coordinate surgery bookings.
• Maintain ongoing contact with patients post-operation, offering guidance and supporting their recovery journey.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferably some foundational understanding of healthcare procedures.
• Capability to manage patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 14,000 and 18,000 INR.
