Dream Square Holidays is seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller to engage with both prospective and current customers via telephone. This role involves detailed communication about company offerings to generate leads and cultivate ongoing client relationships.
Key Duties
- Initiate outbound calls and manage inbound calls with customers.
- Clearly and convincingly present details about products or services offered by the company.
- Identify potential clients and arrange appointments or follow-up interactions.
- Keep precise logs of calls made and customer data.
- Answer basic customer inquiries and resolve straightforward issues.
- Achieve set targets for call volume and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Adhere strictly to company communication protocols and scripts.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 26,000.
