Job Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from prospective students and address their initial inquiries.
- Provide detailed information regarding the various courses, batches, and class schedules available.
- Conduct follow-ups with students who show interest in enrollment.
- Identify student needs and offer tailored guidance accordingly.
- Maintain basic records of all calls handled.
- Seek assistance from senior team members for complex queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates without prior experience.
- Possess good communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency with computer operations.
