About the Role

Ariya Decor Private Limited is seeking a full-time Telecaller to join their team in Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to manufacturing companies, suppliers, dealers, and potential business clients to generate B2B enquiries and gather product-related requirements for diverse home and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and potential clients regarding products.
• Understand enquiries and requirements via phone about products such as home decor, gift baskets, handbags, and other lifestyle products.
• Generate B2B enquiries and collect information on product ranges, pricing, minimum order quantities, and other client needs.
• Maintain daily calling data accurately in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Update customer/company details including contact information, product requirements, follow-up dates, and enquiry statuses.
• Perform regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Prepare daily calling and enquiry reports.
• Share qualified leads and customer requirements with the sales team.
• Develop a database of new manufacturing companies and prospective business clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi; basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Confidence in making calls and conducting follow-ups.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Target-driven and hardworking mindset.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Remuneration and Contact
