Role Overview
This is a full-time telecalling position based in Hyderabad, requiring physical presence at the office. The primary duty is to reach out to prospective students through outbound calls, provide detailed information about EKALASAALA's offerings, and assist them in exploring suitable career options. The role also includes handling inquiries, documenting calls, and performing follow-up communications. Collaboration with training and marketing departments is essential to maintain clear and effective messaging.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential students.
- Communicate information about services clearly and effectively.
- Address questions and concerns from prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Follow up with leads to encourage engagement.
- Coordinate with training and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education level of Intermediate completed.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to simplify and explain complex information clearly.
- Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous exposure to the education sector is a plus.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days per week
