About the Role

ProMax is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Telecaller and Customer Support Executive to join their Kochi office team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing leads, and coordinating repair services with efficiency and professionalism. The work schedule is from 9:30 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer queries and conduct follow-up calls as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of new leads, active queries, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Gather precise information regarding customers, their devices, and complaints.
• Verify spare parts availability, repair options, approximate pricing, and warranty status.
• Arrange customer visits and ensure follow-up on pending estimates and approvals.
• Collaborate with front desk staff, engineers, and inventory management teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Send approved updates via WhatsApp, including office location details.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent communication in Malayalam is essential.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Clear, pleasant, and friendly voice for speaking.
• Fundamental computer skills and typing ability.
• Strong listening aptitude, follow-up diligence, and customer management abilities.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Employment is full-time and on-site at the iProMax office in Kochi.
• Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 monthly based on experience, with additional performance incentives.
