Telecaller

Role Overview

We are seeking multiple Telecallers based in Guwahati, Assam to join our outbound collection and debt recovery team focused on Banking and NBFC sectors. This role involves communicating with customers to recover overdue payments and managing EMI collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders and EMI recoveries.
• Negotiate with customers to arrange payment plans and offer settlement alternatives.
• Carefully document all customer interactions, promises to pay, and schedule follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Field Officers for necessary home or office visits to assist in collections.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate.
• Open to freshers and candidates with backgrounds in telecalling, BPO, sales, or debt collection; prior experience in banking, debt recovery agencies, or collections is a benefit.
• Proficiency in Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi; knowledge of English and additional regional languages is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities combined with a goal-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
