Job Overview

As a Telecaller at Shree Krishna Digital Solutions Private Limited, you will engage with business owners by contacting them using the company database. Your role is to clearly communicate about website services, SEO, Google Business, social media, and advertising solutions in simple terms that prospects easily understand. You will identify potential leads, schedule meetings for closers to advance, accurately document your calls, and follow up as promised.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily targets for calls and connections set for the month.
• Maintain integrity by accurately updating the CRM without inflating lead numbers or unauthorized rate adjustments.
• Use Hindi and English fluently on live calls; Marathi language skills are an advantage.
• Attend work punctually and remain for the full shift.

Compensation and Performance

The compensation consists of a fixed salary supplemented by incentives aligned with company policies. Incentives are calculated monthly based on meeting or exceeding defined targets. Failure to meet targets results in no bonus discussions, while consistently surpassing goals may lead to better salary slabs or elevated roles, determined through performance evaluations rather than estimations.
