Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join Dynamic Financial Services located in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be involved in outbound calling activities to generate leads and promote our organization's products and services. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cold calls to potential customers using provided data lists.
- Handle outbound calls professionally and effectively.
- Generate leads and manage follow-up procedures accordingly.
- Keep updated on the company's products, services, and customer service guidelines.
- Record details of customer interactions accurately and share information with relevant internal teams.
- Suggest improved products or services by identifying key features and benefits tailored to customers.
- Maintain composure and politeness even under stressful conditions.
- Collaborate with customers and management to resolve queries or concerns efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi, Marathi, and English is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong willingness to learn and cooperate with team members and clients.
