Job Overview
We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executives to join Corerapeutic Services Private Limited's expanding sales team based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves connecting with prospective clients over the phone to promote and sell loan products effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential customers to generate new leads.
- Effectively market and sell various loan offerings.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions accordingly.
- Conduct follow-up calls to convert leads into confirmed business transactions.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Motivated by targets with a positive outlook.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Loan, Banking, or NBFC sales is advantageous.
