Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to identify and connect with prospective clients.
• Clearly present and explain benefits of various HDFC Life insurance policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide informative responses to facilitate informed decisions.
• Track and manage client communication records efficiently.
• Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets through phone-based interaction.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Operate Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
