Job Overview
Join Pocketly Infotech Private Limited as a Tele Collection Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role focuses on managing assigned delinquent loan accounts and ensuring prompt recovery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle delinquent accounts with assigned Days Past Due (DPD) cases and work to recover payments promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, negotiating repayment arrangements and resolving overdue accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection and recovery goals while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Accurately document collection activities in the CRM system and collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,500 to 28,000 INR.
