Job Overview
Multitech Engineering Consultants, an authorized partner of India's top interior design firm Homelane, seeks a dedicated Tele Caller based in Guwahati. This role involves actively engaging potential customers through calls and nurturing leads to support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for outbound calls.
- Ensure the customer database is consistently accurate and updated.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and effectively qualify leads.
- Arrange appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Perform follow-ups on pending sales opportunities to drive conversions.
