Role Overview
This position is within the AutoSync team, which supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide. AutoSync develops innovative software tools aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing marketing efforts, and increasing sales efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and solve escalated database and user interface issues, providing root cause analyses and recommending improvements.
- Generate bug-fix and enhancement tickets for Agile development teams and support quality assurance activities as needed.
- Coordinate ticket escalations with third-party service providers.
- Execute special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Between 2 to 5+ years of professional support experience.
- Proficiency with databases and SQL.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of server management principles.

Compensation Details
The base salary for this full-time permanent role ranges from $65,000 CAD to $70,000 CAD. The final remuneration package may vary depending on skills, experience, location, and market factors and may include additional benefits or bonuses.
