Role Overview

The position seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager to oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure and cloud transformation projects. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives such as infrastructure deployment, data center migration, cloud adoption, and systems integration. It demands proactive stakeholder management, coordination with vendors, and execution within complex technological settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure and technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage initiatives involving data center migration, cloud transformation, and infrastructure deployment.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams spanning infrastructure, network, security, and application domains.
• Oversee project planning including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Handle vendor engagement, monitor delivery progress, and ensure service quality.
• Ensure all projects are executed on schedule, within defined scope, and budget constraints.
• Perform risk assessment, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise testing phases, cutover and go-live processes, as well as post-implementation support.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior executives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable experience as a Technology or IT Project Manager.
• Substantial experience in managing infrastructure, cloud, or data center projects.
• Proven track record in directing large-scale deployment or migration initiatives.
• Expertise in vendor management and effective stakeholder communication.
• Practical experience with project delivery methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid models.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent enterprise projects.

Additional Experience

• Proficiency with vendor management and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
• Familiarity with migration planning, deployment strategies, and cutover execution.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications like PMP or ITIL are advantageous.
• Experience managing projects involving office relocations, smart buildings, or workplace transformation.
• Exposure to organizational change management frameworks.
