Role Overview

The Technician role is a full-time, on-premises position situated at Dubai Marriott Harbour in Dubai. The main responsibility involves conducting regular maintenance, inspections, and repair work on the hotel's infrastructure, equipment, and systems to guarantee safe, dependable, and efficient functioning. Routine duties include diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults, responding promptly to maintenance requests from different hotel departments, and aiding in preventive maintenance plans.

Collaboration with engineering and operations teams is essential, along with maintaining detailed documentation of all tasks completed. The role requires strict compliance with safety protocols and health regulations to ensure smooth hotel operations by reducing equipment downtime and preventing disruptions affecting guests.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in general maintenance covering electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.
