Job Responsibilities

As a lube technician (also known as an auto technician), your role involves ensuring vehicle safety by delivering exceptional customer service while conducting preventative maintenance tasks. Through our comprehensive and award-winning training program, you will acquire practical skills including oil changes, fluid level inspections and refills, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, light and wiper inspection and replacement, conducting thorough 18-point safety checks, among other maintenance duties. You will collaborate with your team to offer quick, efficient, and reliable services to all our guests, while enjoying a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A strong willingness to learn coupled with a friendly demeanor and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Physical capability to stand for periods up to eight hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and use hands overhead during work activities.
• Comfort operating in environments without climate control.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English for training materials, safety protocols, labels, and operational instructions.
