Main Responsibilities

• Operate the Diamond Turning machine efficiently and safely.
• Accurately document daily production output and submit data to supervisors.
• Set up machines during part changeovers to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Participate in daily morning briefings conducted by team leaders and provide updates on machine and item statuses.
• Communicate effectively with staff on other shifts to ensure seamless machine status handovers.
• Prepare assigned machines by warming them up before the start of each shift.
• Report any scrap incidents or technical problems to supervisors immediately.
• Make sure all machines under your responsibility are optimally utilized throughout the shift.
• Inform leaders promptly in case of any machine faults or downtime.

Job Requirements

• Possess GCE 'O' Level certificate, Technical Certificate, or higher qualifications.
• Previous manufacturing experience is necessary.
• Proficient in machine setup operations.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness and ability to work in shift schedules as required.
