Job Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Technician to be based on-site in Dammam. The primary duties involve the installation, servicing, and upkeep of various commercial kitchen appliances such as refrigeration units, ovens, grills, coffee and juice machines, and stainless steel fixtures. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment faults, repairing appliances, conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, and testing equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency. The Technician will perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, maintain detailed service reports, and communicate effectively with clients and internal personnel about completed tasks and future maintenance recommendations. The role requires visits to client premises and working alongside sales and logistics teams to facilitate equipment installation and delivery, all while complying with safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in installing, servicing, and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Skilled in basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, able to interpret simple schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Knowledgeable about safety protocols for foodservice equipment, refrigeration systems, and on-site service work.
• Capable of accurate documentation and record-keeping related to service work and maintenance schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Availability for on-site work including customer site visits within Dammam.
• Preferred qualifications include technical diplomas or certifications in refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical technologies.
• Experience in servicing commercial kitchen or HVAC/refrigeration equipment is advantageous.
• Physical capability to safely lift and handle heavy equipment and operate efficiently in a dynamic, service-driven workplace.
