Role Overview

The Water Quality Technician 3 is responsible for maintaining the appearance and ensuring optimal water quality across all water features, swimming pools, and the waterpark within the Atlantis property.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare swimming pools for use by swim teams and recreational swimmers, including unlocking and removing pool covers.
  • Perform regular maintenance such as vacuuming pools, washing surrounding decks, and flushing pool gutters.
  • Clean, scrub, and disinfect pool areas thoroughly.
  • Polish and clean metal fixtures and accessories.
  • Remove debris from in and around pool areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in mechanical, storage, electrical, and boiler rooms.
  • Ensure safety standards are upheld throughout pool environments for general use.
  • Inspect plumbing and lighting systems for proper operation and report any damages.
  • Conduct water quality analysis and daily safety inspections.
  • Carry out any other water quality-related tasks as directed by supervisors.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in 5-star hotel environments.
  • Experience in water theme parks and facility management services is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Certified Pool Operator credential is desirable and must be completed during probation if not already held.
  • Swimming ability is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and days, to meet operational demands.
