About the Hotel

PARKROYAL on Beach Road is a 346-room hotel under Pan Pacific Hotels Group, strategically situated in downtown Singapore's city centre. Role Overview

The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel’s machinery, equipment, building, fixtures, and facilities. This role includes executing preventive maintenance, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in daily departmental operations, and conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical, electrical services, and building works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement scheduled preventive maintenance and repair tasks for all hotel machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Support supervisor and senior technicians in daily maintenance operations.
• Supervise and assign tasks to maintenance crew ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Participate actively in fire-fighting and safety drills.

Additional Duties

• Possess basic skills in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building equipment.
• Have fundamental knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building engineering principles.
• Ability to perform basic electrical control troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Ensure hotel properties and facilities are in optimal working condition to safeguard long-term asset value.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in engineering or a related field, ideally within a hotel or commercial building setting.
• Willingness and capability to work 24-hour shift rotations.
