Role and Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual sessions and workshops on topics including Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, R, DevOps, and Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Deliver structured training designed for absolute beginners and those transitioning careers, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
• Illuminate practical implementations of AI, ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Data Science concepts for learners.
• Assist participants in preparing for relevant certifications, tech interviews, and coding tests.
• Promote AI adoption by demonstrating real-world business workflows and use cases.
• Create and continuously refine training content, labs, and assignments to maintain relevance and quality.
• Present complex AI topics in an easily understood format for non-technical learners.
• Mentor students in developing enterprise-grade AI projects, including capstone assignments.
• Conduct live coding demonstrations, participate in code reviews, and facilitate debugging sessions.
• Assess GitHub repositories and Pull Requests while providing constructive, insightful feedback.
• Guide students on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices tailored for machine learning projects.
• Instruct on Agile methodologies and sprint-based project frameworks within technical contexts.
• Stay abreast of latest trends and industry best practices in Generative AI and ML to continuously enhance curriculum content.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess 5 to 30 years of experience in technical roles or training related to AI, ML, Python, DevOps, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), infrastructure, operations, networking, or security.
• Proficient in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and multi-cloud systems.
• Certified in relevant platforms and technologies such as Claude, OpenAI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively training international audiences in English.
• Experienced with AI automation tools, workflow management systems, and LMS platforms.
• Skilled in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), AI playbooks, and educational content.
• Hands-on experience participating in real-world AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, and data science projects.
• Solid foundational knowledge of networking principles, cloud security, and architectural design.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, ML pipelines, DevOps frameworks, and practical applications of Generative AI.
• Additional advantage for expertise in API development, automation systems, AI agents, or AI application creation.
• Confident live facilitator capable of managing trainee questions and dynamically adjusting session pace.
• Comfortable providing real-time technical support and troubleshooting during hands-on exercises.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Fully remote, online engagement.
• Compensation: Rs.500 to Rs.1,000 per hour.
• Employment Type: Contract, part-time position.
