Technical Trainer

Job Overview

This role involves promoting biomedical training programs offered by the academy to students and educational institutions, counseling prospective students on course options and career paths, and managing lead generation to increase admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the academy's biomedical courses to students, colleges, and other educational organizations.
• Provide counseling to students about course offerings, career opportunities, and the advantages of training programs.
• Develop leads through various outreach methods such as college visits, seminars, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Effectively convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by offering guidance and consistent follow-up.
• Establish and nurture relationships with colleges, faculty members, and student bodies.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for admissions and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the academic team to facilitate a seamless admission process.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of five years' experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and counseling capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to influence and guide students in selecting their career paths.
• Be self-driven, goal-focused, and open to travel for college visits and educational events.
