About the Role

We are seeking candidates for immediate joining to provide L2 technical support focused on service restoration, managing service requests, and guiding users to maximize system availability and performance. The role primarily involves offering dependable technical assistance in a professional setting, maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support over phone channels to clients, addressing their queries related to various products and services.
• Promptly resolve technical issues maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Work together with internal departments to tackle complex customer issues efficiently.
• Achieve targeted metrics related to quality, productivity, and sales as defined by the employer.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants may be graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of one year experience in technical support, particularly L2 and Mac support.
• Experience in handling system diagnostics, support, and issue resolution is essential.
• Strong communication skills suitable for interacting with international customers.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts when required.
