Job description
Overview
We seek a Technical Support Specialist to be part of our APAC team with an emphasis on supporting CRO (Contract Research Organization) services. This pivotal role acts as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth project delivery and ongoing platform enhancement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact linking domestic and international groups, proficiently communicating with overseas clients and internal R&D and production teams to ensure precise information exchange and project milestones are met.
- Assist the CRO business team in securing deals by accurately relaying frontline market needs to the platform, contributing to ongoing improvements and service optimization.
- Keep abreast of current scientific advancements and technologies; perform market research and analysis to improve service quality and sustain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Enhance team capability by disseminating knowledge and raising technical proficiency and service standards across the department.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Cell Biology, Basic Medicine, or related disciplines; highly capable fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience studying abroad is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with mouse models, cell genome editing, or in vitro pharmacodynamics assays is preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to function independently in communication.
- Strong logical reasoning and project management expertise.
- Excellent skills in cross-cultural communication, coordination, and organizational management.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, with flexibility for working hours and willingness to travel as necessary.
