Technical Support Executive - MARG ERP

Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive support for MARG ERP software, including installation, configuration, training, and troubleshooting. The candidate will assist customers with software-related issues across various modules such as billing, inventory, GST, and accounting. Communication and support will be delivered via phone, WhatsApp, remote assistance, and occasionally through on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure MARG ERP software systems.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on software usage.
• Diagnose and resolve software-related problems reported by clients.
• Support multiple modules including billing, inventory, GST compliance, and accounting.
• Engage with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and remote support tools.
• Provide on-site assistance as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: Graduate or Intermediate level.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Familiarity with MARG ERP software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer handling skills.
• Keen willingness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team.

Additional Information

• Job location spans Bihar and Jharkhand regions.
• Compensation will be based on candidate's qualifications and experience, typically ranging from INR 8000 to 15000 per month.
