Technical Support Executive

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and resourceful Technical Support Associates to serve in our US process. This role requires excellent communication abilities, foundational technical expertise, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Address technical queries raised by international clients.
• Deliver timely solutions through phone and email communication channels.
• Ensure customers receive professional and high-quality service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Education qualification ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate degrees including B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA.
• Open to freshers and candidates having up to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral communication skills are essential.
• Fundamental technical knowledge is required.
• Availability to join immediately or within 15 days.
• Candidates currently enrolled in any academic program are not eligible to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual CTC between ₹2.2 lakhs to ₹3.2 lakhs depending on experience.
• Includes night shift allowance up to ₹3,000 per month.
• Provision of one-way cab facility in accordance with company policy.
• No cash payments will be made to experienced professionals.

Additional Details

• Position is based in Kolkata and requires working from the office.
• Shift pattern involves 24×7 rotational shifts, including night duties.
• Immediate or within 15 days joining timeline is preferred.
