Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical assistance for hardware and software issues, primarily through desktop and laptop support. This role involves customer interactions via US-based voice, chat, and email support, operating in rotational shifts, including night duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support through voice, chat, and email channels targeting US customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops and laptops.
- Resolve various Windows operating system problems and server-related issues.
- Operate on a rotational shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, including night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems on desktops and laptops.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts incorporating night hours.
