Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in various plant machines and equipment.
• Execute both preventive and breakdown maintenance for manufacturing plant machinery.
• Understand the manufacturing processes and equipment used in refrigerators production.
• Manage spare parts inventory for machinery and equipment upkeep.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on machines with a focus on operational continuity.
• Handle electrical troubleshooting for equipment and utilities such as air compressors, dryers, nitrogen and oxygen plants.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance operations.
• Preferred experience working with white goods industry machinery.
• Exposure to plastic molding plants and sheet metal production lines is advantageous.
• Educational qualification as a Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum experience of 2 years for Diploma holders; 3 years recommended for Mechanical/Electrical diploma graduates in related roles.
