Overview
The Technical Services Officer plays a pivotal role in offering technical assistance to dealers, contractors, masons, and customers. This position involves conducting on-site visits, demonstrating products, and assessing concrete and cement quality to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to the stakeholder network including dealers, contractors, and masons.
- Carry out site visits to evaluate and demonstrate product applications and quality standards.
- Organize and conduct technical awareness sessions to educate customers and partners.
- Drive site conversions and encourage increased usage of the company’s cement products.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by offering effective technical solutions.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with influential figures within the market.
- Contribute to sales growth by supporting technical services and engaging in market development efforts.
