About the Role
Delphin Energy Pvt. Ltd., based in Santej GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking an Online Service Engineer to offer remote technical assistance for solar water pumps and solar street lights via video calls and phone. This position involves providing non-field, office-based support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide step-by-step online guidance to customers during installation and troubleshooting processes.
- Offer technical assistance related to PCBs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), pump systems, and solar equipment.
- Resolve customer technical issues through remote communication channels such as video calls and phone conversations.
- Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with field teams when necessary to ensure issue resolution.
Requirements
- Completion of Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and solar system components.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided for candidates with a solid technical foundation.
Compensation
The monthly salary range offered for this role is INR 15,000 to 22,000.
