Job Overview

The Presales Solution Professional specializing in Data & AI is tasked with delivering expert presales technical support by designing, proposing, and demonstrating innovative data-driven and artificial intelligence solutions. This role collaborates closely with sales and business development teams to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions, primarily leveraging Microsoft Azure and Power BI technologies.

Key Duties

• Work alongside sales teams to comprehend customer requirements for data management, analytics, and AI integration.
• Evaluate client data environments and assist in formulating bespoke Data & AI proposals.
• Convert client demands into solution frameworks according to established company methodologies.
• Participate in qualification discussions providing technical insights to align client opportunities with viable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, solution briefs, and responses to RFPs ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop data flow diagrams, architectural visuals, and use case narratives for customer proposals.
• Support showcase activities including demos and Proof of Concepts to highlight capabilities in data visualization, reporting, and AI.
• Coordinate trial environments setups and capture customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with internal teams to confirm solution feasibility and support smooth transitions to implementation phases.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with advances in Data, AI, and Analytics technologies.
• Recommend enhancements to presales materials and internal tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in technical presales, data engineering, analytics, or consulting with an AI focus.
• Practical knowledge of data platform architecture, governance, and analytical reporting.
• Experience supporting RFP preparation, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure Data Services including Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, AI Services, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with data lifecycle, AI modeling concepts, and analytics processes.
• Capability to assist in developing dashboards, AI demonstrations, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of data security and regulatory compliance considerations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational aptitude enabling independent management of time and project deliverables.
• Collaborative work style with strict adherence to processes and team coordination.
