About the Role
Join a prominent cement manufacturing company as a Technical Sales Executive specializing in Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Block Jointing Mortar. Your primary focus will be to expand the business by securing new builder and contractor projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of the AAC Blocks and Block Jointing Mortar product lines by effectively converting prospects among builders and contractors into active projects.
- Apply technical sales skills and product knowledge to influence purchasing decisions and foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain and manage accounts to ensure continued customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Leverage a solid understanding of construction processes to align product solutions with client needs.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) is mandatory.
- Proven capability in technical sales within the construction or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodologies and materials, particularly AAC blocks and mortars.
