Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team at Slv Services based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and HR leadership to precisely identify their technical staffing needs and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations in compliance with relevant industrial laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and coordinate with HR leadership to gather detailed requirements regarding technical skills, shift arrangements, and team structures.
• Understand and adhere to key statutory compliances, including factory acts and shift regulations, to ensure recruitment aligns with manufacturing standards.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, freelancer platforms, industrial workforce databases, local trade contacts, and technical educational institutions (ITI/polytechnic) to identify suitable candidates.
• Perform thorough technical screening by reviewing resumes and conducting initial assessments to match the principal job requirements.
• Verify candidates' credentials including educational qualifications, technical certifications, previous employment records, and identification documents.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 12,000 to 24,000 INR per month.
