Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of direct experience in recruiting for the US market. The role is Hyderabad-based, requiring presence onsite and adherence to US shift timings. Candidates with a background in US IT or non-IT recruitment across various domains including Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, and Medical Devices are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive US recruitment processes from understanding demands to candidate placement.
• Interpret client requirements thoroughly to identify potential fits.
• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques including job portals, internal databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
• Conduct detailed candidate screenings covering experience, competencies, communication skills, work authorization status, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Submit highly qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interview processes.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain proactive communication with candidates.
• Handle hiring for both contract-based and permanent placements.
• Maintain precise recruitment records such as applicant tracking, pipeline management, and daily reports.
• Ensure prompt and quality delivery of candidate submissions aligning with client needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years experience in US Staffing or US Recruitment with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in either technical or non-technical hiring contexts.
• Knowledge of US tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Understanding of US work authorization types including USC, GC, H-1B, EAD, OPT/CPT, and TN visas.
• Proficiency using recruitment portals and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written.
• Competency in screening candidates and conducting follow-ups effectively.
• Ability to accurately assess and align profile skills with job specifications.
• Willingness to work US shift hours and onsite presence in Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience collaborating with direct clients, implementation partners, or primary vendors.
• Exposure to recruitment in Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Medical Device sectors considered an asset.
• Preference given to immediate or early joiners.
