Position Overview
Primus Global Technologies invites applications for the role of Technical Recruiter specializing in US staffing. This role, based onsite in Noida Sector 62, requires working night shifts aligned with US time zones. The recruiter will lead the end-to-end hiring process focused on IT roles for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source top-tier candidates using multiple channels including resume databases like Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, as well as social media, networking, career fairs, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Partner with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
- Publish job openings on relevant platforms and serve as the main point of contact for applicants.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
- Negotiate offers including salary and benefits to ensure mutual agreement.
- Adhere strictly to US employment laws and visa regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and talent pools to inform recruitment efforts.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience in US IT or Engineering recruitment.
- Knowledgeable about US immigration and work visa categories such as USC, GC, along with tax classifications like W2 and Corp-to-Corp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in using key sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a dynamic, target-driven workplace.
- Availability to work night shifts corresponding with US business hours.
