Role Overview

The perfect candidate will have a strong grasp of technology, skills in sourcing hard-to-find candidates, and the ability to oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to placement efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, various job portals, GitHub, Boolean and X-Ray search techniques, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and nurture robust pipelines comprising both active and passive technical candidates.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, motivation, and overall alignment with job requirements.
• Gain a clear understanding of technical job criteria and suitably assess applicants based on their skills and experience.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach and foster strong professional relationships with high-quality technology experts.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers, maintaining thorough follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Manage multiple IT positions concurrently while keeping detailed and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to clarify role prerequisites, share market insights, and propose suitable candidates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Over two years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn sourcing methods, particularly advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Possession of an active LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite account is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of roles across software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, DevOps, data analytics, and quality assurance.
• Strong English communication skills along with adeptness in conducting interviews.
• Ability to discern talented technical professionals through resumes and profiles.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management capabilities.
• Experience working independently in a fully remote setup.

Compensation

• For clients in the United States: $5,000 USD awarded per successful candidate placement.
• For Canadian clients: $5,000 CAD granted per successful placement.
• Earnings have no established limit; income grows with the number of successful placements.
