Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and engineering roles. This role includes sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating timely onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cycle of technical hiring.
• Identify and assess technical candidate profiles through screening and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in databases.
• Ensure the onboarding and placement processes run smoothly.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies specifically for engineering and technical vacancies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrate expertise in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably within oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors.
• Have solid understanding of technical and engineering job roles.
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn and NaukriGulf for candidate sourcing.
• Experience engaging with clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, or multinational companies.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and acquiring talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
