About HonorVet Technologies and the Role
HonorVet Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter based in Mohali, Punjab to join their team focused on critical facilities and engineering recruitment. The position operates during US night shifts, with transportation provided, and is dedicated to sourcing full-time, permanent engineering talent for various US markets.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment by identifying, actively sourcing, and engaging passive candidates in the United States for permanent roles specializing in MEP design, critical facilities, consulting, and healthcare facility engineering sectors.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for crucial senior roles such as Supervising Engineers, Senior Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, and Director-level positions.
- Offer valuable market insights about US-based compensation packages, candidate availability, and hiring trends specifically across states like California and Illinois.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process including conducting initial screenings, presenting comprehensive compensation packages, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through offer acceptance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 3 years of demonstrable experience in technical recruitment for US candidates, preferably within Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), MEP, or infrastructure industries.
- Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Proven history of successfully hiring senior engineering and leadership positions aligned with US time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of confidently presenting and negotiating with senior US engineering professionals.
Roles to Recruit For
- Executive Leadership: Associate Area Directors specializing in Healthcare Design, Critical Facilities, and Commissioning (Cx).
- Electrical Engineering: Supervising Electrical Engineers across general, healthcare, and critical facilities disciplines as well as Senior Electrical Designers and Project Managers.
- Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering: Supervising and senior-level engineers including plumbing specialists.
Additional Information
The position is located in Mohali's Sector 66 and requires working US night shifts. HonorVet Technologies supplies cab facilities to support transportation needs during these hours.
