Role Summary

The Technical Recruiter will lead the end-to-end US IT recruitment and B2B hiring processes, setting up frameworks and managing a recruitment team to meet demanding staffing goals within the US IT domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment workflows tailored for US IT staffing from the ground up.
• Develop innovative sourcing tactics for US IT consultants, utilizing IMS and other relevant platforms.
• Lead, guide, and support a team of US IT recruiters to improve performance and outcomes.
• Create standard operating procedures, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure high standards through quality control of submissions.
• Collaborate with B2B clients and vendors to thoroughly understand and address their recruitment needs.
• Foster strong client and vendor partnerships to enhance candidate selection and increase interview conversion rates.
• Drive recruitment objectives ensuring openings are filled promptly and efficiently.
• Provide extensive recruiter training on US staffing processes, applicant tracking and vendor management systems, Boolean sourcing techniques, rate negotiation, and candidate relationship management.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 or more years of demonstrated experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.
• Strong background in managing recruitment teams.
• Proficient in sourcing strategies specific to US IT roles.
• Knowledgeable in B2B hiring processes and client engagement.
• Experience using ATS and VMS platforms and comfortable applying Boolean search methods is advantageous.
• Ability to negotiate rates effectively with candidates and clients.

Work Schedule

The role requires working the shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST to align with US business hours.
