About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to remotely source and recruit engineering and technical experts. This full-time position involves collaborating closely with engineering leadership to thoughtfully fill open roles with candidates who understand the technical language and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles for engineering and technology positions.
- Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities, and referral networks.
- Conduct technical evaluations and cooperate with hiring panels in candidate assessments.
- Organize comprehensive interview processes with engineering managers.
- Negotiate offers effectively to secure top talent.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and work on enhancing recruitment funnel efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in technical recruiting, either internally or with specialized agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering roles and technology stacks.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS software.
- Strong sourcing capabilities including Boolean and X-ray search methods and GitHub exploration.
- Excellent skills in managing relationships with engineering stakeholders.
- Proven success in hiring senior engineering professionals within competitive talent markets.

- Outstanding written and oral communication adaptable to various cultures and seniority levels.

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary ranging approximately from $75,000 to $115,000 USD equivalent based on qualifications, experience, and location, complemented by performance bonuses.
