About the Role
Trident Consulting is seeking an experienced and proactive US Technical Recruiter to join their team in Coimbatore, working onsite during US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. This position focuses on fast-paced sourcing, screening, submitting, and closing of high-priority US staffing requests across IT and Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct client recruitment requirements across technical and non-technical areas.
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), job portals such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
- Apply advanced Boolean search strategies and network through referrals, social media, and cold calls to discover top talent.
- Maintain and develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
- Screen candidates for experience, communication skills, work authorizations, and salary expectations.
- Submit suitable candidates within timelines while upholding high quality standards.
- Arrange interviews and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate employment terms and compensation packages.
- Facilitate offer processes, onboarding scheduling, and follow-ups with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring policies and internal recruitment protocols, including verification of work authorizations and eligibility.
- Keep accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, and placements within ATS systems.
Candidate Relations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-focused, and capable of handling multiple job requisitions simultaneously while rapidly delivering quality candidates. Prior experience with US staffing, W2 hiring, MSP/VMS programs, and direct client recruitment is essential.
