Job Overview
Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes for various engineering and technical roles across the US and Canada. The position is contract-based and requires onsite presence in Toronto, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for positions including Software Engineering, Site Reliability, Security, Technical Program Management, and Product roles, adjusting workload based on business demands.
Required Expertise
- Minimum of five years’ experience in comprehensive recruiting tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers within fast-paced and high-pressure settings.
- Demonstrated success in securing technical talent including software engineers, infrastructure or DevOps specialists, and security professionals in competitive markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in recruiting within cybersecurity, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or rapidly growing technology companies.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or equivalent platforms.
