Job description

Overview

We are inviting applications for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee system architecture and cybersecurity-related projects. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables align with business goals and uphold robust cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to capture and define both functional and non-functional requirements while driving architectural decisions.
  • Create and evaluate technical design documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Assess the feasibility of technical initiatives and provide precise project scope estimations.
  • Oversee all phases of projects, including those developed internally and with external partners.
  • Maintain clear communication and engagement with stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively.
  • Build and lead a high-performing development team, enhancing development, quality assurance, and operational workflows continuously.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, addressing both functional and technical challenges.
  • Take an active role in recruitment and mentoring to promote team skill development and methodology adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience as a technical project manager within a production environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge throughout the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and platform services, with an AWS Architecture certification or commitment to obtain one.
  • Development background in Python, Golang, Node.js/JavaScript, or .Net technologies.
  • Proficiency in designing relational and NoSQL databases as well as API design.
  • Experienced with agile methodologies, version control systems, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and testing frameworks.
