An innovative AI technology company based in Dubai is seeking a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of its proprietary artificial intelligence products for enterprise and government clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of enterprise AI product implementation.
• Engage directly with customers to capture both business needs and technical specifications.
• Convert client requirements into structured delivery schedules for the engineering teams.
• Coordinate activities among developers, AI engineers, architects, and product departments.
• Oversee system integrations involving enterprise platforms, APIs, and data ecosystems.
• Manage project timelines, address dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, deployment stages, successful launch, and drive adoption.
• Collaborate closely with top-level client representatives throughout the UAE and abroad.

Candidate Profile

• Background working with a technology or software product provider.
• Proven experience in delivering sophisticated enterprise technology projects.
• Solid technical/engineering foundation with strong collaboration skills with software engineers.
• Excellent client-facing skills and effective stakeholder relationship management.
• Prior experience engaging on projects within the Middle East region.
• Familiarity with managing international projects across multiple countries.
• Availability to travel to Europe for business purposes when necessary.
• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.

Additional Details

This role is primarily based in Dubai, with frequent travel to client sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi required. This is a hands-on position that bridges customers, product development, and engineering teams, differing from typical project management office roles.
