Role Overview
Nevis Security is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects for important clients. This position is key to ensuring a superior customer experience, aligning with our company values and customer-centric focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed project plans specifying tasks, timelines, and resource needs.
- Monitor project progress closely to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, managing scope and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate seamless cooperation between technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a positive team culture.
- Allocate project resources effectively, collaborating with team leads to identify and solve workload issues and optimize resource use.
- Identify potential risks and proactively address issues to minimize impacts on project milestones.
- Establish and uphold quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet prescribed standards, conducting periodic evaluations.
- Communicate project statuses regularly to stakeholders and leadership, managing expectations and concerns.
- Lead project retrospectives to collect feedback, implement improvements, and enhance project management methods.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a BSc or MSc degree relevant to the field.
- Brings at least three years' experience managing IT, cybersecurity, or software integration projects.
- Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager in technology-oriented settings.
- Strong familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities in both German (minimum C1 level) and English.
- Practical experience using Jira and other project management and scheduling tools.
- Self-driven with excellent attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Demonstrates sharp decision-making by integrating various feedback loops into customer-focused project and product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Web Security and Identity Management domains.
- Background in SaaS product development.
- Certifications such as Prince 2 or PMP or equivalents are advantageous.
