Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the complete lifecycle of client implementation projects. As part of our global Delivery team including engineers, analysts, data scientists, and architects, you will focus on delivering optimal outcomes and realizing maximum client value. You will also be integrated into the global Project Management community within Quantexa to support your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and control over all phases of project delivery, including managing costs, timelines, scope, risks, and quality.
• Drive project success by choosing the most effective delivery methods to maximize client value.
• Manage commercial and financial elements of projects, negotiate contracts with clients using Time & Materials and Fixed Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Operate autonomously while knowing when to seek organizational support.
• Develop and execute strategies to manage and influence stakeholders from the client side and internal leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in project management with strong leadership and demonstrated success delivering complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of project management frameworks, especially Agile, and their application across multi-team structures.
• Experience managing stakeholders in both consultancy/professional services and client-side environments.
• Track record managing large-scale, data-driven projects through full software development life cycles.
• Solid understanding of technical factors affecting project outcomes with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Strong business acumen focused on aligning project goals with business drivers.
• Capability to operate effectively in complex, multi-team environments, influencing others for optimal results.
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and ability to tailor delivery approaches to client needs.
• Excellent communication skills in dynamic client settings.
• Knowledge of delivering high-quality, operationally stable systems with streamlined development, release, and operations processes.
• Self-motivated with initiative, determination, and tenacity.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel within UAE and Gulf region as required.

• Exposure to complex data-centric projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications sectors.
