About the Role
Our client is focused on addressing the growing shortage of healthcare workers alongside the increasing demands caused by the aging US population. They are developing advanced AI-driven healthcare workforce solutions that enable health systems to deliver personalized patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI team projects, from initiation through to deployment.
- Track and manage critical milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across various concurrent workstreams.
- Maintain an accurate, centralized project status repository accessible to multiple teams.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Mandatory minimum of 3 years experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.
- Strong technical or engineering background prior to transitioning into TPM roles.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams efficiently.
Educational Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization.
