Technical Product Manager

About the Role

This position oversees product strategy and management for Jigsaw24’s suite of platform solutions, including the Device Lifecycle Platform, Elevate24, Patch24, public APIs, Insights24, and the Procurement platform with Customer portal. This hands-on role requires technical competence to assess platform changes collaboratively with engineering teams. The individual will be heavily involved in prioritizing initiatives across six products alongside the CTO and must possess enough technical expertise to communicate effectively with customers and sales teams. Regular interaction with the CTO, engineers, business analysts, and developers forms the core of turning priorities into actionable plans.

The role is primarily remote with hybrid work expectations, requiring presence in the office or customer sites as needed for collaboration and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap and strategy for the multi-product portfolio both individually and as a unified system.
• Influence and develop go-to-market strategies for each product.
• Partner with the CTO to prioritize and make investment decisions, including justifying resource allocation and deprioritizing lower-value products.
• Evaluate feasibility of platform changes through direct interaction with development teams.
• Collaborate on feature prioritization by balancing customer needs, strategic alignment, and implementation costs; challenge non-strategic requests.
• Act as a technical representative to customers and sales teams, with the ability to discuss integrations such as device warranty APIs, MDM, patch management, and privileged access management.
• Manage product documentation for both internal teams and external customers in cooperation with business analysts.
• Organize regular product review meetings to assess requests against capacity and roadmap priorities.
• Provide direction to external UI/UX design partners for complex projects and create simple design changes in coordination with stakeholders using basic Figma abilities.
• Delegate routine operational maintenance tasks to appropriate team members.
• Utilize DevOps tools like Atlassian/JIRA and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint management.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing product roadmaps for active B2B or SaaS software platforms.
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers and assess architectural and integration considerations.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to prioritizing features, capable of defending strategic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, credible across technical and commercial audiences.
• Familiarity with project delivery processes without needing direct control over release management.
• Basic proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma, to handle straightforward screen designs.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with device management, warranty and repair processes, patch management, or privileged access management (PAM) integrations.
• Expertise managing a multi-product portfolio rather than a single product.
• Experience overseeing external design agencies or partners for complex UI/UX projects.
